Rick,

Hey my friend, long time no see!

I heard the good news, and wanted to send along my heartfelt congratulations to you.

I will always consider you a friend, and I wish you & Julie all the best in your continued pursuits.

Every once in a while someone comes along who has a profound impact on one’s life, and Rick I just wanted you to know how much of an impact you had on me.

Working for you, and with you for those first 5 years was an absolute blast! We really rocked the house, and I wanted to thank you for that opportunity.

We had a lot of fun, made a lot of friends, and we got paid for it! What more can a man ask for!

I got the opportunity to come work for the Harley-Davidson PHD Dealer Training program because of my time at Hacienda Harley-Davidson.

I’ve been here for almost 10 years now, and it’s the best job I’ve ever had. Working for you was the 2^nd best job I ever had.

I thank you Rick for all of the great times, and the memories that will remain with me the rest of my life.

Here’s wishing you & Julie a Merry Christmas, and the Happiest of New Year’s celebrations.

Too often people are quick to complain and fail to compliment when they should. That's not my style, so I am writing this to thank Rick Newsom. I recently presented him with an unusual and difficult situation. Rick met the challenge and changed my misfortune into a win-win outcome. He got me back on two wheels! I cannot thank Rick enought for all that he has done, all the extras and all that he continues to do with his follow-up phone calls. This only reiterates his commitment to customer service. Rick, I am one happy customer and will refer you and Hacienda HD to everyone. Feel free to tell everyone our story and make yourself out as a the hero! I want to thank Brady and Jim in the service department. They always took my phone calls and listened to me whine. Gotta tell ya' guys, I wanted to cry when I saw my new bike; so much more than I expected! Thank you!!! Thanks to all of you at Hacienda HD and to all, ride safe, ride free and enjoy the open road whenever possible! (And watch out for the other guy.)
