Too often people are quick to complain and fail to compliment when they should. That's not my style, so I am writing this to thank Rick Newsom. I recently presented him with an unusual and difficult situation. Rick met the challenge and changed my misfortune into a win-win outcome. He got me back on two wheels! I cannot thank Rick enought for all that he has done, all the extras and all that he continues to do with his follow-up phone calls. This only reiterates his commitment to customer service. Rick, I am one happy customer and will refer you and Hacienda HD to everyone. Feel free to tell everyone our story and make yourself out as a the hero! I want to thank Brady and Jim in the service department. They always took my phone calls and listened to me whine. Gotta tell ya' guys, I wanted to cry when I saw my new bike; so much more than I expected! Thank you!!! Thanks to all of you at Hacienda HD and to all, ride safe, ride free and enjoy the open road whenever possible! (And watch out for the other guy.)
